BellaLyn Assurance was created to remove uncertainty and replace it with trust.

What BellaLyn Assurance Covers

Our assurance is designed to protect you from true quality-related concerns.

This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Excessive shedding beyond normal wear
  • Abnormal tangling or matting not caused by improper care

If a verified issue occurs within 6 months of your purchase, your bundles may be replaced at no cost.

Eligibility Requirements

To maintain the integrity of this promise, BellaLyn Assurance is available under the following conditions:

  • Bundles must be purchased at full price
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Claims must be submitted within 6 months of delivery

This ensures we can continue offering a high level of quality and service to every customer.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind our hair, certain conditions fall outside of this assurance:

  • Discounted or promotional purchases
  • Lace products (closures, frontals, wigs)
  • Damage caused by:
    • Excessive heat or lack of heat protectant
    • Chemical processing or over-coloring
    • Improper installation or removal
    • Lack of proper maintenance

Proper care plays a major role in the longevity of your bundles.

How It Works

If you experience an issue, our process is simple:

  1. Submit your claim with photos or videos
  2. Our team will review your submission
  3. If approved, your bundles will be replaced at no cost
  4. A return label will be emailed to you and
